As a People Business Partner, HR Leader, Occupational Psychologist and HEC Paris-certified Executive Coach, I've been supporting managers, talents and teams at key moments of individual and collective transformation for 15 years.

A multi-faceted career
I've worked in a wide variety of contexts: large international groups, hyper-growth scale-ups, family businesses, structures undergoing cultural change or in search of meaning. These experiences have enabled me to hone a rigorous, human and systemic approach to HR and managerial issues. This diversity has enabled me to understand the concrete challenges facing organizations and the complexity of individual career paths.
As an occupational psychologist, I always keep in mind the human, systemic and emotional dimension that underpins all professional development.
Travel as a source of inspiration
A lifelong travel enthusiast, I have lived in & visited many countries around the world. An important moment in my journey was a voluntary break with my family to travel for several months in 2024. A break, a reconnection, a time to reexamine what's essential - personally and professionally. This trip reinforced my conviction that real change is rooted in experience, sensitivity and the ability to make the connection between oneself and others.
INAÉ Partners was born out of this retreat, with the desire to offer a different kind of support: more aligned, freer, more embodied.

INAÉ PARTNERS was born out of a personal and professional journey, with a clear ambition: to create spaces for transformation at the service of deep, conscious, sustainable transitions, in organizations as well as in personal trajectories.
The name carries a vibration: that of intuition, of awakening, of setting the right movement. It symbolizes the ability to listen to what's calling, to transform what's blocking, and to chart a more aligned path. It's an invitation to move forward with meaning, humanity and clarity.
It's a nod to a conviction: it's the steps - even the most discreet - that pave the way for the most profound transformations.
