An occupational psychologist, HEC-certified Executive Coach and transformational HR Director, I've been helping leaders, teams and organizations navigate profound transitions for over 15 years.
My career path has been built up in a variety of environments: major groups, start-ups, scale-ups, family businesses. These experiences have taught me to combine rigor and flexibility, strategy and listening, structure and intuition.
My approach is rooted in a lucid and responsible vision of leadership: daring to slow down in order to make better decisions, clarifying what counts, and fully assuming one's place.

partnering collectives, to restore healthy, cooperative and efficient dynamics,

It was in this spirit that INAÉ PARTNERS was born - with the desire to offer a different kind of support: more embodied, freer and more committed.
