Format & modalities

Coaching sessions are offered face-to-face (in Paris or elsewhere), by videoconference, or on the move, depending on your preferences. They last between 3 and 10 sessions, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, and can be paid for as part of a development or mobility plan.

A discovery session explores your needs and validates the suitability of coaching.
